Choose from a list of available date & time slots available. Fill in your name, email address & mobile number. You will almost immediately receive confirmation SMS & email. You are requested to show the SMS (or the email) at the reception counter while checking-in at the clinic.

Will I have to wait at the clinic?

We request you to arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment, so that you check-in at the correct time. We make sure to honour your time. But, sometimes in the event of a patient needing emergency treatment, you may need to wait for a couple of minutes.

Can I visit the clinic to book an appointment?

While you can easily use the online appointments booking system, in case you wish to do this in person, you can visit the clinic anytime (or send someone representing you), and book an appointment for a convenient day & time.

What if I arrive either earlier or later?

Appointments are given at 30 minute intervals. Patients are seen in the sequence determined by the appointment list and not by their time of arrival or reporting at the front desk. If you arrive early or late, your appointment automatically gets shifted to the next available time slot.
